Questions?

Q. How do I know SitClose is a credible ticket company?

A. SitClose owner, Steve Buzil, has been in business since 1987. We are fully licensed and a founding member of both the National Association of Ticket Brokers and the Central States Ticket Broker Association. We are also members of the Chamber of Commerce and the National Concierge Association.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. All ticket sales are final. There are no cancellations or exchanges.

Q. Will I be refunded if my event is cancelled?

A. If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled you will receive in-store credit for the full purchase price. If part of an event cancels then you will not receive a refund. SitClose is not responsible for refunds concerning the following: nature, construction, rescheduling due to weather, postponement, or any other circumstances out of our control.

Q. Who decides what price the tickets are sold for?

A. Ticket prices are based upon the current market value. Since the market value is determined by supply and demand we constantly update our ticket prices to reflect the market. Our prices are subject to change at any time.

Q. Is the price I pay the same as the price printed on the ticket I receive (face value)?

A. No. The price you pay is a premium for our service. You are paying a market value price.

Q. Will my tickets be seated together?

A. All tickets ordered in groups of 2 or 4 will be seated together. Normally, if you see a group of 8 tickets you may order just 2 or 4 of them. Typically, we do not split up tickets into odd numbers, unless there is an odd number group.

Q. Can you get tickets for events not listed on your website?

A. Absolutely. Call us right now at 773-435-2020. We will provide you with pricing for most major events and sold-out shows.
